The short version
Today I work with leadership teams across two connected practices. As a fractional AI strategy advisor I set AI strategy, find where innovation creates real advantage, and turn both into decisions the business can act on. As a customer experience design and innovation leader I help those same teams decide what experience they intend to deliver, redesign the journeys that deliver it, and prototype the new ones before they are funded at scale. Both without the overhead of a full-time hire. Alongside that, I run Prioriti AI.
Prioriti AI is a decision intelligence company. Its enterprise-class SaaS platform uses agentic AI to help enterprises across multiple industries generate, ideate, and prioritize product and solution initiatives. The premise is still under-appreciated: the constraint in most enterprises isn't AI capability. It's the small number of consequential decisions that never get made clearly, quickly, or with enough evidence behind them.
I'm also the founder of f/cx.ai, a customer experience design and innovation agency driven by AI, a sister company to Prioriti AI, giving enterprise leaders fractional access to senior CX talent — strategy, journey reinvention, and AI-powered innovation — without the cost of building an in-house team.
The design half of the work came first. Before founding Prioriti AI in 2019, I was Head of Design at Brillio Design Studio, and spent six years at Tata Consultancy Services as Partner and Chief Innovation Officer for DESS, leading customer-experience innovation, design, and emerging technology for global enterprise clients. I arrived there by way of my own company — The Social Café, a boutique digital experience and innovation agency I founded in 2006 and led until its exit to TCS.
Earlier I held executive technology and innovation roles at Siebel Systems and Mercury, as a founding member of Siebel's Professional Services organization and of the Siebel UAN product team. I started out in software engineering in 1989, and spent the mid-nineties at The Coca-Cola Company managing new-architecture application development.

Enterprise experience

Both modes are the same interface resolved through the same semantic tokens. Switch it and watch what stays fixed — hierarchy, state color, contrast and density do not move. That is the point of a dual-mode system rather than two separate skins.
Every capability and feature the portal did, was asked to do, or had been promised — put through one model, then cut by a threshold the executive team set itself.
Four hundred and fifty rows in a spreadsheet hides the shape of a portfolio. Here it is plotted — value against ease of delivery, sized by reach, colored by the persona it serves. Switch the lens, then move the weight and watch the funding line rotate: the argument worth having is about the weight, not about the list.
The portal serves three people who want different things from it. Each one got its own weight set, its own ranking of the same 450 items, and its own view of the roadmap — select a persona above to isolate it in the scatter.
What cleared the line, ordered by dependency into four horizons and four delivery tracks — the track-level view a board can fund, sitting on top of the feature-level sequence a delivery team can actually run.
One workbook, eight sheets. Three of them are the scoring lenses, one is the answer, and the other four are what make the answer defensible six months later — the register everything was scored against, the written definition of every criterion, the KPI per initiative, and the capability gap each one has to close. Each initiative was scored independently in three sheets before anything was averaged. Keeping them apart is the whole method: it shows which lens is carrying an initiative and which one is sinking it.
All fourteen initiatives as the workbook scored them. Change what the list is sorted by and watch it re-order — the composite is the answer that was funded, but the three lenses underneath it disagree, and the disagreement is the finding. Select any row for its three scores and what it was.
Ten chapters that build one argument in order: why experience is now a competitive position, what best-in-class actually looks like including where it falls short, what the investment is worth, the architecture and the organization needed to deliver it, and how the return gets proven. The chapter the engagement turned on. Experience initiatives rarely fail on design — they fail on the org chart, where function, line of business and channel each own a piece and each measure something different. Select a model and watch the wiring change: who advises, who controls, and how many separate paths the customer ends up walking.
Companies design experiences continuously and then measure them annually. The assessment replaces that with a seven-step method — and the step most organizations skip is normalization, which is what stops four disagreeing data sources being averaged into a number nobody trusts.

And a named owner for the reporting, because reports lapse when nobody is accountable for them.
The engagement ran as three workstreams in sequence, each one feeding the next: understand the market and the audience, decide what to do with what already exists, then define the architecture that carries it. Select a track for what it covered and what it produced.
Six weeks stayed six weeks because both lists were written down before the work started. On the left, what was defined precisely enough to analyze. On the right, what the business genuinely wanted and deliberately held for a later phase — a not-this list agreed in advance rather than negotiated halfway through.
Ten inputs requested from the business before any outside data was layered on top — their analytics, their CRM, their research, their call center, their NPS. The market view was built around what the company already knew about itself rather than in place of it.
Twenty-eight pages across six areas of the statement experience. Not six features — six parts of one control system, each drawn in every state it moves through. Select an area.
The core of the redesign, rebuilt here so you can use it. Switch the card context and watch controls appear and disappear — a corporate card does not get points or receipts, and a card with no supplementaries has nothing to break spend down by. The heaviest chapter in the set. Tags are the cardmember’s own vocabulary laid over the bank’s — select one to filter the list and watch the total recompute. Tag a second charge from the same merchant and the advisor offers to do the rest for you, once, reversibly.
What the proof of concept had to demonstrate, end to end. Step through it — each stage shows what happens and a schematic of the screen that carries it.
One object, several products, and everything each product needs hanging underneath it. This hierarchy is what the portal had to let a client build unaided — and it is deliberately the same structure the back office already worked with.
The deck closes on questions rather than conclusions. These are the six the proof of concept deliberately left on the table — named, so they got answered in design rather than discovered in build.
The deliverable is one page: seven phases across the top, five swim lanes down the side, and every cell filled in before day one. Select a phase to open its intent, what happens in the room, and what it has to produce.
Session one walks the method end to end, grounded in the d.school model and carried one stage further than most versions of it. Select any stage.
The blueprint names the facilitation method explicitly: a non-linear process. The stages are drawn in order and deliberately not run in order — a room that believes it is marching through six boxes has stopped doing the thing the boxes are for.
The second and third sessions exist because design thinking installed beside an existing delivery model gets ignored by it. These are the three practices the workshop brings into one operating model, and the topics each one contributed.
Each tile is a component of the experience that had its own design, iteration and sign-off, sized by how much of the archive it accounts for. The four largest are not member-facing screens at all — they are the shared foundations that let the other twenty-six stay coherent. Select any component.
The composition of the archive says more about the engagement than any summary would. Editable wireframe source rather than exported pictures; layered originals kept beside the flattened comps; and a type system packaged so every person on the team rendered the same faces.
Iteration is not overhead here — it is most of the archive.
And it ran for years before it peaked, which is what a genuine revamp of an entire online experience looks like from the outside.
The pattern the engagement was built around, reconstructed here so you can use it. Why this mattered enough to be a priority rather than a project. Three channels against what a customer actually needs from them — select any row for what is really going on in it. The store keeps one thing outright, and no amount of digital replaces it; everything else is where the shift happens.
A shoppable catalog looks like a photograph with dots on it. Underneath, it is six problems that have to be solved together — and the one that decides whether it survives its second season is not the one customers ever see.
What the organization needed to know, in its own framing — and a deliberately narrow scope to answer it properly rather than broadly.
Every registration touchpoint was mapped and then scored against the same nine criteria, so the ranking that came out of it was arithmetic anyone could re-derive rather than a matter of taste. Select any criterion.
Then each touchpoint was valued twice, because what it is worth to the person going through it and what it is worth to the institution are not the same number.

The framing underneath the whole conversation: five digital technologies had matured far enough to change a business, and their value shows up where they land on the business model rather than in the technology itself. Select a force to see where it lands.
